When does it make sense?
Typical triggers where our consulting delivers the greatest leverage:
- →Regression tests block the release pipeline — manual test runs take days
- →Tool selection is open — Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework?
- →Existing automated tests are unreliable and no longer taken seriously
- →Test coverage is low or unknown, with no objective picture of quality
- →Automation runs, but not in CI/CD — tests are only started locally

Frequently asked questions about test automation
When is test automation worth it?
As soon as regression tests recur and releases become more frequent. Rule of thumb: anything you test manually more than three or four times is an automation candidate. The Automation Readiness Quick-Check clarifies the ROI before you invest.
Which tools and stacks do you work with?
Vendor-independent: Playwright, Cypress and Selenium among others, plus CI/CD integration with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure. We choose based on your stack and team — not on license models.
What does getting started cost?
The Automation Readiness Quick-Check costs 2,500 € net (1 day). Building, migrating or stabilizing test suites is scoped by effort — with a fixed-price offer up front.
Do you also take over existing, unstable test suites?
Yes. Stabilizing flaky suites, migrating to modern frameworks and coaching your team are core services — a typical engagement runs 16 weeks (see the example engagement).
