Which certifications can I earn at Loyal Team?

We are accredited for the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level via the German Testing Board (GTB) and recognised by IREB® as a training provider for CPRE® (Foundation Level). The Advanced Level seminars (Test Analyst, Test Management) and CT-GenAI are delivered together with our training partners trendig and brightest; our own CT-GenAI accreditation is pending with the GTB. All seminars prepare you for the respective certification exam.

What does the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level seminar cost?

The ISTQB® Foundation Level seminar runs for three days and costs €1,300 plus VAT. The IREB® CPRE Foundation Level costs €1,190 online and €1,300 in person, plus VAT. With 4 or more registrations the date is guaranteed; booking more than a month before the start earns a 10 % early-bird discount.

Are the seminars held online or in person?

Both. Most seminars are available as live online training and in person, in German and partly in English. The seminar overview can be filtered by topic, location and language.

Where do the in-person seminars take place?

Scheduled in-person seminars currently run in Berlin and Hamburg. Further cities – such as Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne or Stuttgart – and Vienna for English-language dates are available on request and as in-house training. The company headquarters are in Berlin (Schwedter Str. 52, 10435 Berlin).

Does Loyal Team offer in-house training?

Yes. Every seminar is also available as in-house training exclusively for one team – online or on site, with content tailored to the client's projects. The in-house configurator lets you create a request with a rough price range in just a few steps.

Which consulting services does Loyal Team offer?

We consult in four areas: test management (planning and steering test projects), test automation (building and migrating stable CI/CD test pipelines), AI-assisted quality assurance (EU AI Act-compliant use of AI) and requirements management (clear, testable requirements). The consulting is delivered by senior consultants.

What does QA consulting at Loyal Team cost?

The consulting offers range from the Quick-Check (1 day, €2,500 plus VAT) through the QA maturity audit (4 weeks, €25,000 plus VAT) to multi-week engagements. The exact scope is defined in a no-obligation initial consultation.

How long has Loyal Team been around?

Loyal Team was founded in 2009 and has been active in software quality assurance ever since – for DAX corporations, mid-sized companies and public authorities.

How can I book a seminar or request consulting?

Seminars can be booked directly via the seminar overview. For consulting there is a short request form (briefing in 2 minutes). Alternatively by email at info@loyal-team.com or by phone at +49 30 202382480.

What is the difference between a test strategy and a test plan?

The test strategy is the overarching, long-lived guideline for how testing is done. The test plan is the concrete, project-specific plan with scope, schedule, environments and criteria. More on test strategy.

Does Loyal Team support agile testing?

Yes. We support testing in Scrum and DevOps with a whole-team approach, the test pyramid and continuous testing – quality is anchored in every sprint instead of a separate test phase. More on agile testing.

Which industries does Loyal Team work for?

Among others, insurance, banks and financial services, energy utilities, the public sector and airlines – wherever quality is regulatory and business-critical. All industries.

What is risk-based testing?

Risk-based testing prioritises test effort by impact and likelihood of failure – critical functions first. Limited time goes where defects would be most expensive. Learn more.
