Who we are
Loyal Team GmbH has been active in Berlin since 2009. We do two things, both well: accredited training (ISTQB®, IREB®) and senior consulting for software quality assurance across four fields (requirements management, test management, test automation, AI-assisted QA).
Our clients are DAX corporations (e.g. Deutsche Telekom), the public sector and mid-sized industry. We grow deliberately and in a controlled way — quality comes before headcount.
Current open positions

What to expect with us
The work
- Senior projects from day 1 — no junior shadowing phase
- AI topics in real client contexts, not just as a hype talk
- A mix of consulting (60–80%) and training (20–40%), depending on your profile
- A methodology toolkit built over 17 years — no "building from scratch"
Structure
- Flat hierarchy — a direct line to management
- A mix of remote (the default) and the Berlin office (Schwedter Str. 52, Prenzlauer Berg)
- Your own training budget for professional development (ISTQB® Advanced, IREB®, GenAI, MLOps)
- The option to earn your own trainer accreditations
- Flexible working hours, family-friendly
Compensation
- A fair senior salary — we don't pay "bargain-basement" rates and dress them up as quality of life
- A share in the company's success once your probation period ends
- A mobility budget (BVG travel pass or rail)
Will your project survive?
Our free simulation game: you make the project decisions — and see whether your software project survives or fails. Tongue-in-cheek — but these are exactly the decisions we deal with every day. If you enjoy it, you'll fit in well here.
Who you shouldn't be
We believe in honest recruiting. Three profiles who'll be happier elsewhere:
- Pure AI-hype specialists with no hands-on QA experience. We need someone who understands both QA and AI. If all you can do is prompt engineering but you can't explain the test pyramid, you're in the wrong place here.
- Consultants who mainly polish slide decks. Our clients get actionable concepts, not strategy aerobics. If you no longer want a hands-on phase, you'll be unhappy.
- Pure junior applications with no senior-level standing. We're not hiring for a junior role right now. If you have 2–3 years of experience and want to put "Senior" on your business card, honestly it's too early.
How the application works
No 5-stage funnel with an online test, no assessment center, no Excel analysis of your 360° personality. Three steps, in person:
